Meet the Team!

Susan is the CEO and Founder of Beyoutiful Beginnings. Holding an MBA in Marketing, she comes from a background in the high-tech industry as a marketing strategist who thrives on assisting brands in discovering their competitive advantage. Over the course of her career, her creativity and communication skills has proven to increase companies’ ROI and also enhance the customer relationship life cycle, which she has in turn brought to Beyoutiful Beginnings.

While she’s not working her 9-5, she’s out saving the world one wedding at a time! When we asked Susan why she loves planning weddings so much, she responded with “it’s not only that initial look when the bride and groom see each other for the first time, but when you see the parents smile. That’s when you know all of the work put into it was worth it”. Susan also enjoys traveling and exploring the city to find those hidden gem restaurants!

Ruchika is a personable and passionate McMaster Social Psychology graduate who strives to positively influence the lives of as many people as possible. She has always been intrigued by creativity, professionally and competitively dancing since the age of 7, modeling over the recent years, and freelancing as a makeup artist. As someone with an array of interests, Ruchika also spends a lot of time focusing on fitness, studying social media, and practicing mindfulness.

Ruchika was one of the first members of the Beyoutiful Beginnings team when she started off as a volunteer back in 2014, and she realized almost instantly that wedding planning allowed her to express her innovative side with ease. Through the years, she has gained an immense amount of experience and her excitement for the industry has grown as well, inevitably making the moments that visions manifest themselves into reality her favorite part of every wedding.

Nadia is hardworking, driven and an out-of-the box creative thinker! She graduated Humber College with a Diploma in Marketing and Graphic Design and has worked in the wedding/special events industry for over 6 years, She has worked in various positions within the corporate world which introduced her to event planning and has allowed her to be knowledgeable in the many different components that come together for a successful event. One of her favorite parts of working with a couple is being able to see the end result of all the hard work that was put into the event finally all come together and seeing the joy on the couples/attendees faces. She is looking forward to making every clients dreams become reality by creating unique and memorable moments!

Navina is a caring, compassionate and enthusiastic new recruit here at Beyoutiful Beginnings.

A dental hygienist by day, Navina brings her impeccable attention to detail and customer focused approach to her work at Beyoutiful Beginnings making her a natural fit to our team.

Her foray into the world of wedding planning began a few years ago when she was tasked with scheduling and coordinating her cousins wedding and this is when things just clicked. This opportunity showcased her natural talents and demonstrated her organization and time management skills. It was such a rewarding experience and is what brought her to us today.

An adventurer at heart, Navina has a love for traveling and trying new restaurants. When she’s not exploring the latest hot spots in the city Navina is feeding her soul. She channels her inner Julia Child by baking up delectable delights for her friends and family. With an innate curiosity for life and learning. Hot yoga, hiking and holistic wellness are keen interests.

Regina is a kind hearted, friendly, outgoing mother always working her hardest to make the best life for her and her family. She had grown up watching Bollywood movies and always enjoyed the glitz and glam and especially romance in the movies. Regina would go out of her way to make her loved ones feel cherished, important and happy which is why becoming a part of the Beyoutiful Beginnings team was an easy fit to be able to help make dreams come true.

When she’s not busy working as a Billing Specialist for Opentext, you can find her spending time with her family, watching romantic movies, exercising to stay healthy and positive and just relaxing! She is passionate about being your best self and always putting your best foot forward in order to be rewarded with all things filled with love and happiness. She lives by the words “remember to always put a smile on and stay positive no matter what comes your way”!

Brittany is a recent graduate of Ryerson University’s Bachelor of Social Work program. She chose the field of social work because she has a passion for supporting the process of transforming our world in away that unites socially and culturally diverse people. While completing her degree, she combined her passion and keen eye for detail to work in the nonprofit sector by planning social and educational events for people of all ages. So, when she isn’t out in the social work world, she is putting her skills to work with the rest of the Beyoutiful Beginnings team, to ensure your big day is exactly what you’ve dreamed of!

Anjali is a born and raised Winnipeger with a bubbly, outgoing, creative personality and is a total people person. During her undergraduate career at the University of Ottawa, she first got involved with event planning and design through academic associations. Once she realized she had more design ideas than memes saved on Instagram, she dove off the deep end into the wedding industry. After working in Ottawa as a planner and coordinator, Anj made the move to Toronto and joined Beyoutiful Beginnings. As the team’s newest member, she cannot wait to use all the tools in her belt to bring your vision to life. During the day, you can find Anj at the front desk of her sister’s dental practice, scheming up a marketing plan.
